Refund Policy

The refund policy is simple and transparent. If the obtained premium solution does not work for you, please do not hesitate to cancel your subscription within the first 60 days. It will automatically issue a refund.

You can cancel your subscription on the license page. We disclose all the information in the email confirmation that you receive right after purchase.

Again, you are eligible for a full refund if you are within the first 60 days of the purchase date. We do not issue refunds after 60 days. However, we may make the exception depending on the circumstances.

We do not refund:

  • Any completed transaction that is greater than 60 days.
  • Transaction associated with a license key that was transferred to a different owner within 60 days from the time of purchase.


The system automatically issues a refund for the initial purchase fee if a subscription is canceled within the first 60 days.

Please make sure that during purchase, you use an email address that you regularly check. We use this email address to send important notifications about the license key, including upcoming charges. You can always change the email address associated with your license key.
