What we collect
You can browse the site without giving us your name. We receive information when you make a purchase, subscribe to email, contact us, use AI help, manage a license or install premium software on a website.
Depending on what you use, that information may include your email address, name, billing details, message content, license key and the domain where premium software is installed. The AI assistant sends your questions and relevant conversation context to our API so it can answer. Payment providers receive the payment information needed to complete a transaction.
How we use it
We use this information to fulfill orders, manage licenses and website activations, respond to support requests, provide AI help, send product or order updates, and run newsletters or promotions you sign up for. We may ask for feedback about our products and services.
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to service providers only where needed to provide the service you use, such as processing a payment or delivering an email.
What stays in your browser
We use browser local storage for your light or dark theme choice, recent AI conversations, your analytics choice, your newsletter subscription state and unsubscribe token, and checkout details such as a selected plan, referral or discount code. The newsletter token lets this browser unsubscribe directly from the banner; it is removed when you unsubscribe there or through an email link. The license page may use session storage for an access code during your visit. You can clear this data using your browser controls; AI conversations can also be deleted in the assistant.
Your analytics choice
We use the Google tag (G-L96696E0J5) for Google Analytics 4. It does not load until you select Allow analytics in our privacy banner. You can also choose Continue without analytics; the site still works. Your choice is saved in this browser, and you can change it anytime with Privacy choices in the footer or at checkout.
If you allow analytics, Google may use first-party cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits and collect usage data such as page visits, session statistics, approximate location, and browser or device information. We use that data to understand how people use the site. We keep advertising storage and personalization disabled in our tag configuration. If you withdraw permission, we stop loading the tag on future pages; Google may retain data already collected under its own retention rules.
Payment services loaded by your browser at checkout may set their own cookies or use similar technology under their policies.
Services your browser may contact
- Google Analytics: Loaded through the Google tag only after you allow analytics. Google processes usage data for site measurement.
- Braintree / PayPal: Braintree Hosted Fields and PayPal handle payment details. We receive a payment token and limited transaction details needed to manage purchases. PayPal may collect payment and identifying information to provide its services, detect fraud, prevent harm or loss, authenticate payments, measure service performance, and meet legal obligations. PayPal processes that information under its privacy policy.

- Udemy: If you follow a future course link to Udemy, its own privacy terms govern that visit and enrollment.
We may link to documentation, WordPress.org or other external websites. Their policies apply once you visit them.
Security and your choices
Payment card details are handled by a payment gateway rather than stored on our servers. We use encrypted connections and security measures to protect information submitted to us. No security measure is perfect, so please do not send production credentials through the contact form or AI assistant.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you. If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected people by email within seven business days, as stated in our original policy. We will communicate material policy changes by email where we have an address and it is appropriate to do so.
Email is your choice
We may send order and license notices, replies to your questions, and marketing emails if you have joined our list or are a customer. Marketing messages will identify the sender and include an unsubscribe option. You can use that link or contact us to stop marketing email. Transactional messages needed for a purchase or license may still be sent.
