How to find your license key before contacting support?
Check your email inbox

. Don't forget to also check your spam and junk folders.
Check your website backend
If you're using Advanced Access Manager v6.9.3+ on your website, go to the "Add-Ons" page. You may find an the license key there.
Contact Support as a last resort
If all previous steps yield no results, reach out to our support team by sending an email to support@aamplugin.com.
When contacting us, please provide proof of ownership. This can include:
- PayPal transaction ID
- Last four digits of the credit card used
- Date of purchase or renewal auto-draft
Additional considerations
In some cases, we can also identify licenses associated with your company's domain, particularly when former employees no longer have access. The key is that we're here to assist you in finding your license key if there's a reasonable belief that you own it.
Please note that simply providing a domain where the license could be used may not be sufficient proof for us to assist you.
