How can I download an invoice for my purchase?

Every payment transaction, whether using a credit/debit card or PayPal, is associated with a previously obtained license key, either by you or one of your team members. The license key enables access to a complete list of successfully processed transactions on your license page.

# Generate invoice

To obtain your invoice, follow these steps:

• Go to the license page and enter your license key. Alternatively, access your license page through links provided in our automated emails or via the "Add-Ons" page within your WordPress website's backend on the AAM page.

• Once on the license page, scroll down to the bottom to locate the "License Transactions" table, which displays all transactions associated with your license subscription. Choose the "Get Invoice" button to initiate the download of an automatically generated PDF invoice.

# Updating billing information

To ensure the invoice contains all necessary business billing details, check if the billing information is up to date before downloading. To update this information, go to the top of the license page and find the "License Details" section. Select the "change" link corresponding to the "Billing Details" section. This will prompt you to enter updated billing information, which will be immediately associated with all listed transactions.
